We arrived a-half hour early. Called as soon as we landed and were ready to be picked up. Left messages that were never returned. After multiple calls I spoke with a dispatcher and was told we booked a pick-up at 9:45PM, we still were not picked up until 10:20PM. The dispatcher simply kept insisting that some one would be coming-"shortly!" We actually waited 1 hour and 40 mins. from the original call. If we could not be picked up for that length of time I simply would have walked to the center island and gotten a shuttle. I would never recommend this service. read full review »
