A&G managed to screw up my account in the 1st week of me opening the account and debited both my and my wife's account for the 1st payment. The reason that I’m so cheese'd off is because I called the call center twice and on both occasions I as told that someone from the 'middle office' would call me back. After waiting for 2 days, I called the call center again and insisted on speaking to a manager.
