They phoned me 4 times to upgrade my contract. Each time I said I want to cancel. I mailed the service desk on 2Jun to cancel and on 8Jun I received a response that it will be cancelled. On 6Sept billing was still being deducted from my account and i eventually gave up and upgraded my contract.
