Anyone had a doctor at the duke university hospital eye clinic, Did whats called silicone oil injection to the eye. If this silicone oil is left in the eye longer than 6 months to a year it will cause damage. Dr Maurice B Landers III injected silicone oil in my left eye and told me it will cause damage, But he never told me what the damage would be.
