This complaint concerns the company's refusal to honor their commitment to pay for return shipping of one of their defective laptop batteries. Their game is to cause a customer to pay for shipping a claimed defective battery to Canada instead of WA. This is a large cost to send a 3 lb battery. Then, after doing so, they supposedly check the returned battery and determine that's it's just fine and there must be something wrong with your computer.
