I have had a contract with Virgin Mobile for two years. The month of September came and it was time for my upgrade only to find out they would't allow my upgrade because of poor payment BUT my bank account gets debited on the 1st of evey month for Virgin's payment. I was assisted by a guy at the Waterfront's Branch who was very helpful and i asked him to follow up as to why they did not want me to upgrade but apparently the call centrehead office just declined my upgrade. I then cancelled my contract and wouldn't recommend Virgin Mobile to anyone. Bearing in mind, i had a Vodacom contract AND PORTED TO VIRGIN, WHAT A WASTE!!! read full review »
