Our Church had contracted with this company (vendor), and after high pressure sales pitches to buy additional photographs/frames, etc. we decided a caouple of days later to cancel the order and only accepting the Free Photo, which will also appear in the Directory. We paid them $90.90 on October 23, 2010, still waiting for the total refund. Two weeks later, no refund has arrived at our bank credit card. I read in the Newspaper that ALDI Grocery Store had a computer breach, where Debit Cards were affected, and I called the Chase Operations number 800-935-9935 only to be connected to the Fraud Division. I then contacted its Executive Office at 800-242-7399 over the weekend, was told by RC that they would send us a replacement card with RUSH. Called again on Monday AM, talked to EW, who informed me that the card would be received this day, and when I asked for a tracking number, this was not available.
