I took my old phone swimming and had to turn it in for insurance. I received a Samsung Smiley and was told that they didn't make my phone any more. 5 phones later, I still don't have a phone that works. I have been to several tmobile stores who say they can't do anything because it is an insurance issue. Asurion continues to send me phones that have no sound or that drop every call made. I am currently awaiting yet another phone from asurion after sending the one I have now to samsung to be repaired. Poor service, not standing by their product at all.
