Deposited $900.00 on 8/24/2010. Made a transaction for insurance by phone in Encinitas CA (less than $300.00) on 8/28 Tried to use card recently and declined "suspected fraud". Called customer service and verified my identity and they informed me my card has been cancelled and my balance was one dollar. Asked to speak to supervisor, put on hold for one hour. They are trying to steal over $600.00 from me! Customer service is rude and every attempt to resolve this is a dead end. read full review »
