My Cell C contract was up for renewal in February 2009. Knowing this, I started informing them that I would not be renewing my contract. I also gave them new banking details, because I closed my old one and told them the payment would not go through on the old banking details. I notified them of this via their call centre with both phone calls and e-mails and later even printing out the emails and faxing them through.
