Requested them to come out and fix the system. They disabled the system and then said it was unsafe because they saw chew marks on the cable so they were afraid of rodents on the OUTSIDE of the house. They would not replace the cable and did not put the system in the original state as when they got here. We had some cable before and now we have none. They will not fix it we have to fix it ourselves. We are now looking for alternatives. STEER Clear!!!
