I recieved a written quote (via email) for airfares from South Africa to Hong Kong and accepted and faxed back the credit card authority form. With in 2 hours i get a call back saying that I was quoted the wrong fare and the new fare is 15% higher than the old one. This despite there being a clear and bold message on the written quote that the quoted fare is valid for 24 hours from date of quoting.
