So after searching for the perfect platform bed I find Cymax and I order my bed through them. Quick to collect payment but SLOW on delivery. First I get the bed with the wrong parts, then it takes them another 3 weeks to send out replacement parts, now i'm missing hardware. You make a call to them and according to them "its out of our hands." Not once have they given an apology nor tried to compensate me in any way. This company has their head in their *** along with their employees. I would NOT recommend this company at all, its gonna be problem after problem after problem. Good luck. read full review »
