Everyone needs to be aware that if you purchase anything from Carrefour, that is not there brand name item, even if they tell you you have a one year guarantee and anything goes wrong with it more than 10 days after you purchased it carrefour will only send it to the manufacturer and you will have to wait for however long it may take to send it, repair it, and send it back. I was told by a sales assistant that it could take up to 3 months to repair my printer which I purchased less that 6 months previous. Please be warned. read full review »
