Ladies & Gentlemen, For two years I subscribed to Carbonite to backup my computer and everything worked well. This summer I renewed my subscription for a further two years but this fall the company launched an updated software (Carbonite version 4.0) and it crashed my computer every time I tried to install it. I was forced to deinstall it. I contacted Carbonite and I was told to send them the data about the crash.
