We ordered two sandwiches on white bread from the groenkloof branch at about 8.45. At 09:45 we phoned to find out when our sandwiches would be arriving, only to hear that our sandwiches hadn't even been made yet because they didn't have any white bread!! Apparently their bread hadn't been delivered yet but if we want they can make it on brown bread!? How do they not phone their clients if they know they can't make the sandwiches!
