My geyser burst during the weekend of 13 October 2009. I were away and when I got home the Sunday night, the house were completely under water. I register my claim on Monday monrning at outsurance - Naome answered the phone and I deal with her eversince. Late that afternoon Outsurance send a company to replace the geyser. These people damaged my bathtub (by letting the copper pipes fall into the bath more than once from the ceiling), the made a hole in my facebrick wall between the bathroom and my passage, only to fill the hole with cement... read full review »
