1.+-7 Sept we processed the paperwork and signed the contract for the R9.99 x 24 months deal and the attendant said that it will be done the next day as the system was down. I made a lot of effort to get my father into the store as he suffers from Parkinson's. I did not receive a reference as I was told there is not a system in place for it.
