I called Bell Canada to get an answer to a simple inquiry. As I am submitting this complaint, I have already been on hold for 1 hour and 3 minutes. At the 1 hour and 5 minute point, my call was finally answered by an actual person (although they didn't speak English very well). I asked my question, which was very brief and only required a simple yes or no response.
