I was in a car accident the morning of June 15th, 2010. I was not at fault. The other driver claimed fault and the police report faulted her. We both have State Farm insurance. This happened in Mishawaka Indiana. I went to the ER that day with chest and neck pain. Followed up with my family doctor because the neck pain didn't go away after a few days.
