In response to MTN's response to my complaint, yes they did call me and left a message for me to email a random person which i duely did and have yet to have an acknowledgement of my email or a response nor did he try and call back and as for the number he called, i did not give hello peter permission to give out my contact number. i have subsequently canceled my MTN contract due to poor customer service and retention. read full review »
