Sir, Two years back I purchased an IFB Washing Machine (Model: SENORITA plus). No one has turned up for any periodical service from the company /or sales point since the purchase. One time the machine itself fell down on running speed and as such the water inlet-tube was damaged. On my complaint, one person came and replaced the tube and charged Rs.500/- as cost of the tube plus labour as extra despite it was said to have been under warranty.
