I am utterly disgusted by the service I have received from MTN!!! I had to do a sim swap a few weeks ago and thus bought a new sim card from the Sandton City branch. A few days later the sim card started giving me problems when I was trying to make phonecalls. I would get an error message saying SIM BARRED!!! I then went to back to the Sandton City branch where they contacted the MTN call centre and was given a reference number and told the query was escalated and would be resolved in 24-48 hours.
