I complained about my bank charges debit order on the 9th of July 2009 and was called back and told that my debit order for the bank charges would be changed from the 20th of the month to the 28th of the month, when it comes of on the 20th it puts my bank account into negative, but not only that i had R300 paid into my account yesterday for my child's nappies and the bank charges took R84 off of that amount.
