I tried to pay a partial payment on verizonwireless.com. Before I submitted the payment I checked all of the info. When the confirmation page came up they charged my credit card the full amount. I called immediately to to reverse the charge. After 2 days of fighting to have that done, they only reversed part of the payment, and said it would take 15 days to get the rest of the money put back into my account! They told me I authorized the original transaction and I need to wait. Basically calling me a liar! read full review »
