First of all, they claim to be accredited by the BBB right on their business card, but they are not. In fact if you do have a claim to file, they don't even bother to respond. They are out to rip you off. I went in to get the AC fixed on my car and they promised me a new AC unit. When I got the car back they told me they put in a used unit instead and unless I signed off on their paperwork approving what they had done, they would not release the car.
