Can someone please tell me when the staff & service at News Cafe CT Int Airport will be upgraded? It's a disgrace to visitors to our country as well as locals! I've been there 6 times so far this year (as there was no other restaurant at the time) and the service has been absolutely shocking and slow every single time I've been there. My sister waited 15 minutes for a filter coffee last night & I waited 20 minutes for a juice (ordered cranberry but was served orange instead) and then another 10 minutes after asking for our bill?
