ConsumerDirectWarranty manages the claims for AA Autowarranty and I have been trying to get approval for my car repair for a week. They started a policy where they do not accept phone calls from policy owner or repair facility. They will only communicate by e-mail or fax, but they will not call to verify information. This Company is a total rip-off. Spend the extra money and buy a legitamate warranty plan, because I have wasted 2800.00 on a worthless packet of paper. read full review »
