I handed my phone in for repairs after the LCD screen broke, I handed it in the 3rd of October 2009, after no feedback about the phone and awaiting a quatation I phoned on the 13th of October 2009 to follow it up. I then spoke to Erica and she would have followed it up after I gave her the go ahed and she read me the quote. I am still awaiting reply and today I again followed it up and they will let me know of the status of my repair. However I am afraid that they wont respond whatsoever.
