I have SIX contracts (family members) with virginmobile (unfortunately) and my SIM card got faulty. I had to waste petrol to go to the shop and pay R55 for a SIM swap. This was done wrong. I called customer care and they said that I must go back to the shop (petrol again) and this time it will be done correctly. Fine, after MY time and MY petrol money it was done correctly. Then ANOTHER SIM card went faulty (remember it is not even two years yet) and now I have to go to a virginmobile shop AGAIN (MY petrol money, MY time) and pay ANOTHER... read full review »
