I am Parveen from Chandigarh, purchased Karizma Yellow color bike after 6 months my bike front mud guard cracked and than slowly started breaking all plastic parts and joint area. within a 2 years almost all plastic parts cracked and i have complaints about this to Chandigarh Showroom (Karishma Auto ) and also complaint about this to Hero Honda co. in Delhi. But no service provided by company even i don't receive any single call from co. i have spend 80, 000 for Hero Honda bike and its was my big mistake.
