I have been in my new house (first occupant-new appliances) when mydishwasher went out. AHS sent out Sears to repair. They had to order a part which took a month. When they installed the part, I now have a black and white dishwasher. All other appliances are white. When I called they told me that my contract says they have a right to replace with any color. I assumed that meant with replacing an entire appliance. I asked "would you want a black door and a white door on a two door refrigerator?"
