My bank card was compromised and a produt was ordered through corel.I noticed the amount deducted from my checking account right away.When I contacted the coril company I was told they do not keep records of credit card orders.Like WHAT!!! I had to drive to the bank and fill out paper work to give the bank permission to contact the corel company to let them know about the fraud.They have YET to respond to the card company or to refund my money.So I e-mail the company and of course, no reply.So I have called serveral times and get the same... read full review »
