My name is Mandip Singh and I am from Phase 7 Mohali. An order for a new ac adapter type L-15 for Sony Hanycam DCV TRV 285E was placed by me at Modern electronics, SCO 126-127, Sector 34 A, Chandigarh on 28 August 2010. I had paid Rs 500/- advance for the same. I was promised that the adapter would be provided by 5 days or latest by 10 days in case of some delay.
