Separately and in different times, A friend of mine and I went to the two Gamestop/EB stores here in west Mississauga to trade in some used games for the new. With the same conditions my friend completed his transactions and was telling how nice the storekeepers were, however, when I arrived and approached the storekeeper it was a completely different treatment.
