I am vodaphone prepaid customer. My no 9920353923. Within this year i have submitted all necessary document 03 times to vodaphone ministore at manpada, thane, maharashtra. Last I have submitted on 28/09/2010. As per them it is government requirement. 29/09/2010 it has been activated for out going call. But today it is deactivated for outgoing call. Message showing for government requirement it is deactivated.I have tried to contact customer care on 111/9820098200.But direct customer agent not in option. It is computer generated voice.
