my husband and i both got the nokia 6710 naviagator in february. We have had nothing but trouble with them and we have gone to a few different optus shops and all they say is there is nothing they can do. This is ridiculous. Half the time the keys don't work, can't call anyone and for some reason we keep getting charge for using the internet on our phones but we don't use the internet on our phones.
