I have fixed arrangements with FNB Homeloans and am within R1 500 of paying back my arrears. I have kept to my end of the bargain to the T but am still harassed by their ‘Agents’ (Sannie Home Bond 007, 5 license to irritate). The worst thing is that these agents phone at times when one wants to sit back and relax and not be harassed by people who are controlled by a ‘system’ and do not have the training to confirm on the system that the client is indeed not defaulting.
