I have a contract which is on my dad's account(he has 4 on the accont), & am authorised to get infomation or make changes to the account. The account is paid by debit order on the 15th, that is until the beginning of this year when cell C decided to change the debit without informing us. We discovered the change once the lines were disconnected. I also found out that I had been removed as a contact person. they rectified the mistake & everything went well 4 a few months.
