Applied for a new contract with MTN on Sunday, 25th October and was told that approval will take between 3-4 days. Called on the 4th day and was promised a call back which did not happen (3 times). Attempted to call the customer service (0831808), could not even get through when I eventually did manage to get hold of someone they refused to lodge my complaint as I was not loaded on the system.
