I called whirlpool company to order a turntable for a microwave that is approximately 5 years old... (the round roller at the end cracked and broke... I was informed that I would have to purchase the entire turn table .. that was acceptable...but... when I heard the price $39.00 plus the shipping which would be about a total of $45.00 to $48.00 that was totally unacceptable...
