I have read many of the complaints. You who support Amerisave may have legitimate arguments that some of the complainers don't know what they are talking about. But my story is different. I applied for a conforming refi of $417K. My wife's and my credit scores averaged 780, excellent by any measure. My annual income is just under the mortgage amount. I have refinanced properties many times with no issues. This one was a slam dunk.
