Flat no 1905 on 19th floor was purchased off plan in wintower 2 plot bi Dubai -jumeriah lake towers on 3-10-2004 from The wind fz-llc, Flat was paid in full after 10% discount for full payment at start. The website of the development is still on but the contact numbers given are not working.After few delays i met personally the secretory and wife of developer Dr Azizi and i was told flat will be completed and handed over this month (October 2010)but i have come to know that not much of building has been erected, until last year... read full review »
