"Renters Beware"...do not rent apartments from Nacel Properties Ltd. They grossly neglect buildings and tenants suite repairs. When you leave because of sub-optimal living conditions or any other reason...they refuse to return your Security/pet deposits and then try to extort more from you. You have to fight to get :your money" returned, and it is Law to return it to you. Take it from us and hundreds of other tenants...when you leave...get a lawyer right away!
