I signed up for some paid surveys on Sept. 21, 2010. One of them, PS Savings Club which was supposedly free but cost me $1.20. No biggie, but this is where my checking account became highly vulnerable. I was supposed to receive a $50 Target Retail Redemption Voucher, which I did. I have not had any other charges from them. (What a rip! But that's another issue.) The letter included with the voucher had an account number listed and an address in Chicago, but no other contact information.
