i have been having a problem with my sms service. i am being charged rs1.50 for every local sms, which should be 0.50 instead. and also Rs 1 everytime i switch on my cell phone. this problem has been there for more than two months now. complain has been registered 5-6 times with the customer care but no action has been taken. evertime i am sent a new complain no through sms, but nothing beyond that. all i get to hear is that "mam over system doesnt show any problem" or sometimes there have been cases where customer care executive have... read full review »
