I ordered my Credit Report from TransUnion, and I got it. But a week later I was charge $29.95 by Privacy Protection Plus. I did not authorize this, I did not ask for this 'service'... and when I go to their site I have an member ID...and I can sign in using my postal code...but I get nothing on the site, no service...just some generic information about what a credit report is and in fact am prompted to go to TransUnion for the information... I called 866-444-1837, and after a couple of conversations talked to a helpful woman who politely apologized and assured me the charges would be reversed today. Give it a try. read full review »
