hi i was using vip tel mobile with 49 cap plan i used that for two months and i thought of changing the cap plan and they said me to have charge of 40 AUD for that which i paid. unfortunately I lost my mobile after sometimes and i reported that and requested for new sim card for service again here they charged me 40 AUD for simcard and said to send it in 5 working days. when they sim didnt arrived in 8 days i called them up and asked about the sim card and they said sorry and said that there was a technical problem and the sim will be sent in... read full review »
