my son made a one time purchase for xbox silver plan. but charges showed up on my credit card statement that he did not make. i called microsoft at the number they give me on my statement and told them the charges was not ours and they agreed to credit the charges back to our card. i canceled the card so they could not do it again. that stoped my statements. a year later we get a letter in the mail saying they were suing us for charges from microsoft from 17 monthes ago. when i called microsoft they said they never recieved call from u... read full review »
