I am writing to express my frustration with the Progressive auto insurance company-claims department and customer service and the at-fault determination that was made. On January 15, 2011, I swerved to avoid hitting a deer. In CT, there has been over 2 ft. of snow and the roads were narrow and there was less than normal space on this road to drive. As I was driving, a deer popped out and ran across my vehicle.
